RoLoke Back and Neck Pain Relief Pillow-Natural Pain Relief Sprays

What do you think, should you buy a topical Pain Relief Spray or something that really works?

By Gene Medame

From softball in the spring and summer to flag football in the fall and bowling in the winter, I'm always on the go. Of course, now that I'm getting a bit older, I wake up on Monday mornings with quite a few more aches and pains than before. Fortunately, these minor problems can probably be handled by a good pain relief spray.

I used to use Ben-Gay and other types of creams, but those products aren't very fun to use. For instance, once I apply the cream, I have to wait for it to dry completely before I can put my clothes back on or else my jeans and shirt will stick to my body wherever the stuff has been applied.

In addition, there's simply no way to mask the telltale odor of those creams, so I end up smelling terrible for hours. Yuck!

Thank goodness I won't have any of these problems once I make the switch to a pain relief spray! Read the rest of this entry

Caring For Aging Parents

Tips For Caring For Aging Parents

You never want to think about the day when you have to take care of your parents. They have always been there for you, and you think of them as strong. You probably know they are going to be there for you when you need them.

What can be hard in a parent child relationship is when the care switches from what it was to the child having to be the one caring for aging parents. If this is something you must do, take care of yourself as well as your parents so that everyone is happier.

Caring for aging parents is not easy. They were once strong, and it may kill you to see them in a state where they can not totally care for themselves. However, that does not mean that they are going to want you to run yourself into the ground when caring for them.

When it comes to stressful things in life, caring for aging parents is right up there on the list of the most stressful things that you can do. If you are not careful, you could be putting your own health at risk.

Several Tips About Mountain Bikes

With mountain biking being a very popular sport,
there are many bikes to choose from. Depending
on what type of riding you like, the style of
bikes you can choose from will vary. Below, you'll
find tips on the different types of bikes available.

1. Cross country
Almost all mountain bikes will fit into this category.
Cross country mountain bikes are light weight, making
them easy to ride over most terrains, even up and
down hills. This is the most common mountain bike
and it can be used with ease for riding on the path
or even commuting.

2. Downhill
These types of bikes are for serious bikers who
crave the ultimate adventure. Downhill bikes have
front and rear suspension, strong parts, and disc
brakes. Rarely available off the shelf, most riders
like to custom build their own.

3. Trials
Trail mountain biking involves a great degree of
skill and is classified as the precision riding of
the sport. Similiar to downhill bikes, trial riders
will often build their own bikes rather than purchase
one off a shelf. Generally very light and very
strong, these bikes require a lot of discipline.

4. Jump and slalom
Slalom and jump bikes are very strong and designed
for jumping, street racing, and slalom. They offer
a front suspension and use very strong components
dedicated to what they do. These bikes are very
popular with the sport of mountain biking.

Even if you are new to mountain biking, the sport can
be a lot of fun. There are several bikes to choose
from, all of which depend on your style. If you are
still looking for the best style for you, all you
have to do is try out several bikes and see which one
suites you the best. You can also learn about mobility wheelchairs and power mobility wheelchairs here.

How to Deal With Adult Bed Wetting and Shame

Author: Gene Medame

Most of us were taught by our parents, and so we taught our children, that
wetting the bed is something to be ashamed of. I'm not here to debate how
children should be raised, but rather to raise conciousness regarding the
medical problem of incontinence in adults.

When you were a toddler your parents taught you to control your bladder so you
could function in society, and they were taught by their parents that they
should be ashamed of themselves for peeing in bed.

Because this has been so ingrained in our minds, our parents most likely believe
that they should be ashamed of themselves for their recent inability to control
their own bladder function.

Ridiculous isn't it? When you think about it.

But true, and with potentially deadly consecquences.

Incontinence is the loss of control over the urination process.

Urine is acidic, it breaks down the skin.

In the elderly one of the most life threatening things that can happen is the
opening of sores or wounds also called ulcers. An open wound is susceptible to
infection and this danger is multiplied in a hospital or nursing home setting
where there are many sick people with infections, like staff, floating around.
Viral infections like staff kill people every day.

Lying in pee soaked bedding or sleeping in pools of urine on a waterproof
mattress
is going to quickly open a sore on the body of an elderly person who
already has a weak immune system.

You must be prepared to act quickly when incontinence occurs.

This requires you and your parent to be mentally prepared to broach the subject
immediately when loss of bladder control first happens.

videos and podcasts all dedicated to helping find solutions to the medical
